Throughout the year we host a variety of parent workshops, classes and meet-ups as a way to connect more deeply with our surrounding community and help families build up their village of support!

Infant Material Making Workshop
November 14th from 9am-11am
This parent-only class (newborns welcome) provides the opportunity to make low-cost, high impact, Montessori inspired materials for your child! We will guide you with all the necessary supplies to walk away with at least 6-10 educational pieces to use, along with more ideas for your future! This is a great time to connect with other area parents while doing something fun for you and your child! Materials made typically serve children between 2 months-18 months+. Grab your new parent friends and join for a morning full of laughing and crafting for your family! Registration Open!

Parent - Infant Hiking Cohort (FREE to Community Parents)
Enjoy short weekly walks with your new little one! We will travel along the Fanno Creek Trail pathway with other parents in the area. This is a great time for self-care, laughing, questioning, venting and whatever you need for the hour! Dates uploaded soon! Tell us if you are interested!

Mom’s In the Moment Class (Paid CoHort)
This bi-weekly co-hort will meet to discuss all things “new parent”. Sleeping, giving baths, feeding (baby and self), cleaning, organizing, engaging in life, identity…ALL the things that change and shift during the first year of parenting! This class will allow plenty of time for questioning and connection along with practical guidance from facilitator Stacey Edwards Russo, a Montessori Postpartum Doula and Infant/Toddler Guide. Groups starting this December, email Stacey if you are interested. Stacey also offers home visits at an additional cost.
